CANCELLATION POLICY

Hot desks – Non-refundable, but with 48 hours’ notice then can have one opportunity for FOC re-booking to be done by agent

Hot desk packages – If a refund is required it will only be for the remaining un-used days.

Meeting Rooms – If cancelled with 1 working day or less then no refund; if cancelled with 2 working days’ notice, then 30% refund; if 3 working days, then 60% refund; if 4 working days’ notice or more, then 100% refund.

Private office – non-refundable (invoiced monthly and this is their ongoing deposit)

Event space – If cancelled with 1 working day or less then no refund; if cancelled with 2 working days’ notice, then 30% refund; if 3 working days, then 60% refund; if 4 working days’ notice or more, then 100% refund.
