Cancellation Policy
Hot desks – Non-refundable, if cancelled within 48 hours’ notice then can have one opportunity to be transferred to another date.
Hot desk packages – If a refund is required it will only be for the remaining un-used days.
Meeting Rooms – If cancelled with 1 working day or less then no refund; if cancelled with 2 working days’ notice, then 30% refund; if 3 working days, then 60% refund; if 4 working days’ notice or more, then 100% refund.
Private office – non-refundable for the month in use, subject to notice and T&C’s any refund due will be calculated.
Event space – If cancelled with 1 working day or less then no refund; if cancelled with 2 working days’ notice, then 30% refund; if 3 working days, then 60% refund; if 4 working days’ notice or more, then 100% refund.
